I can finally share this with you all!! :) I'm incredibly proud to present what we’ve been working on for the past few years.
In 2017, we broke away from AAA development to create Mortal Shell. Thanks to your support, it became a hit and gave us the opportunity to become an independent studio—one that’s now working on the project we’re most passionate about: Mortal Shell 2.
Mortal Shell 2 is a standalone sequel that builds significantly on the original. It’s been a huge challenge for a small team like ours, but just as exciting. We’ve pushed ourselves to go further—visually, technically, and in terms of gameplay. We've been fortunate to assemble an incredibly talented team who helped bring this vision to life. I can’t wait for you to experience it when it releases :)
As for my own contributions to what you see above, I’ve primarily focused on co–art direction (shared with Vitaly Bulgarov), lookdev, environment art, lighting, and overall creative direction with my fellow co-founders. All the characters and some prop designs were created by Vitaly Bulgarov, Dmitry Parking, and Ivan Chan. Environment art was done by me, Adrian Campos, Eugenia Lysa and Samrudh Sunil. Lighting was handled by me, Vitaly Bulgarov, and Tyler Geosano. FX work was done by Fedor Novikov and Nikita Shilkin.
